1. About the app

The app provides general career and application guidance for people applying for Civil Service and other public-sector roles. It helps you reflect and plan. Decisions about your applications remain yours, and no outcome is guaranteed.

2. Who it's for

The app is available worldwide to adults aged 18 and over.

3. Free access and changes

The app is currently free. Features and content may change or be withdrawn. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice of material changes or withdrawal. Immediate action may sometimes be needed for security reasons or to deal with misuse.

Free access will not turn into paid access automatically.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. Each account is for one person.

5. Your answers and summary

You keep your answers. You may copy your personal summary. Questions you choose to share may be used to improve the resource, as described in the Privacy Notice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, try to access other people's data, copy content in bulk, or include other people's personal or sensitive information in shared questions.

7. Our materials

Nathan White Careers teaching materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, adapted or sold without written permission, except where the law permits.

Third-party materials linked from or shown in the app remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.

8. Ending access

Accounts that break these terms may be suspended. Inactive accounts are handled as set out in the Privacy Notice. You can ask for your account to be deleted at info@nathanwhitecareers.co.uk.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any of your rights, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Paid services

Any future paid services will have their own terms, which you will need to agree to when you choose to buy.

Updated terms will show a new version and date.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings that the law of your country gives you.
